R.I.P. Cookie

Cookie was one of our older guinea pigs, with short black hair. Unfortunately, he passed away while Ryan and I were in Las Vegas this week. Ryan is going to make him a little "coffin" and we will bury him on the farm, with the rest of our lost guinea pigs. His cagemate Willy is quite depressed so we will keep an eye on him, and possibly find him a new companion.

In the meantime, we did get an e-mail from someone whose mother died and left a guinea pig behind, whose nails are overgrown and who might possibly have skin mites. I did agree to take him and hopefully he will be joining us soon.
